Odin's Day - The Link Between Odinism and White Supremacy

Oslo, Norway.

Regjeringskvartalet, from my understanding, is basically Oslo's national mall. Literally translating to "The Government quarter", Regjeringskvartalet was home to the ministry of finance, the cabinet building, the office of the prime minister, the ministry of justice and the police, the ministry of culture, the ministry of education and research, and many other departments of Norway's government.

At 15:25:22, next to the office block that housed Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg, a van packed with fertilizer and fuel oil exploded. 8 people were killed and 209 injured, 12 of them seriously. This act alone was devastating to the people of Oslo - And it was only a distraction. 

Less than two hours later, on the island of Utøya in Tyrifjorden, Buskerud, Anders Behring Breivik, dressed as a police officer, opened fire on a camp that had been organized by the AUF, the youth division of Norway's ruling Labour party. He murdered 69 people and wounded 110, 55 of them seriously. It was to be the deadliest attack in Norway since World War II.

Breivik calls himself a fascist and a national socialist, because they are basically the same thing. He also identifies as an Odinist. 

Guess who else was an Odinist? 

Our good buddy, and another white supremacist terrorist, David Eden Lane. He was the originator of the 14 words and the white genocide conspiracy theory. He found his gods in prison. Where, thankfully, he also died.

WHAT IS ODINISM? 

Odinism is the name we give to the original, indigenous form of heathen religion practised by our forefathers, the Angles, Saxons and Jutes, and by the related Teutonic peoples of the Continent. Odinism is an ancient religion whose origins are lost in the mists of time, but it has been restored in recent decades by those who believe it offers a solution to modern Man's spiritual crisis. 

Just as all Muslims are not terrorists, all Odinists are not white supremacists. Indeed, there seems to be many attempts to separate these radical Odinists, who call their religion "Asatru" and the traditional non-racist pagan Odinists that seem to be more akin to druids than Nazis. I'm not trying to paint with a broad brush, here. I have no desire to slander people that genuinely just want to practice their own religion.

Wyatt Kaldenberg writes in his blog post "Ten differences between Asatru and Odinism" -

Asatru means too much to too many people to really mean anything. It is a catch-all word. Odinism, like Theodism, means something very defined. Odinism doesn’t mean everything in Heathendom.

 Essentially, they believe that Asatru is the true religion of most of Europe and, since they're all "European", it is their true religion. It ties right into the whole "white culture" argument that Nazis are constantly making.

Frazier Glenn Cross, who murdered three people at a Jewish community center and nearby assisted living facility, had this to say.

“Odinism! This was the religion for a strong heroic people, the Germanic people, from whose loins we all descended, be we German, English, Scott, Irish, or Scandinavian, in whole or in part,” Cross wrote. “Odin! Odin! Odin! Was the battle cry of our ancestors; their light eyes ablaze with the glare of the predator, as they swept over and conquered the decadent multi-racial Roman Empire. And Valhalla does not accept Negroes. There’s a sign over the pearly gates there which reads, ‘Whites only.’”

As disappointed as I am that I don't get to go to Valhalla, I'm pretty amused by the thought of them needing a sign about the gates. I mean, for fuck's sake, couldn't the Valkyries just leave all the black guys on the field of battle? What kind of asshole Valkyries are making black guys walk all the way to Valhalla just to point at the sign and be like "Sorry. No blacks."?

Nazi ones, I guess. Oh, did I mention that the Nazis also loved them some Odinism?

Those socialist Nazis that totally weren't right wing or fascist even though right wing fascists love them and everything they stood for. Those guys.

These new Odinist radicals are surely as dangerous as radical Muslims, if not more so due to their ability to blend into the general populace, and yet the government seems to be wholly ignoring them. Why? Well, we have to know all the facts, right?!

Not really. Only if they're white.

The blind eye that this administration has turned to this new, and extremely potent, terror threat is dangerous for us all. Frazier Cross, for example, killed three Christians. They weren't even Jewish. I fear that many white people are less worried about white terror because they feel like they aren't at risk of being targets. Please remember, ISIS kills more Muslims than it does Christians. Murder requires proximity.

White Genocide Week - Day Two!

Who stays, who goes, and who dies?

Happy WHITE GENOCIDE WEEK, y'all!

Welcome to day two! Today, I'd like to look at some things that I think we're all wondering about white nationalists. Who do they want to stay on their new all white American ethno-state? Who do they want to leave? And, of course, who are they going to have to kill?

Who stays?

So, we're making an America for the white folks. Who is white? Is it everyone with pale skin? If so, do white Hispanics get to stay? What about mixed people that are really light skinned? Or are we going by the "one drop" rule? I'm pretty sure that's just for black people, though. Does the one drop rule apply to people of Asian, Hispanic, or Arab ancestry? What about people that have Jewish blood? One drop or only if they're actually Jewish? Or are Jewish people ok because they're white?

So many questions. I've tried asking on Twitter but I can't get straight answers. One person told me that white people were everyone that I'd call racist for fighting their own genocide. So that's no one. All the big white nationalists have, thus far, ignored all my questions. Unfortunately, that means I'm going to have to speculate.

Let's assume that only the purist whites get to stay.

Per the census bureau, 316,515,021 people live in the United States as of 2015. 307,067,138 of those people claim to be one race, only. That's 9,467,883 people genocided right off the top and we haven't even gotten started yet.

That remaining 307,067,138 breaks down like this:

- 39,908,095 are black.
- 2,569,170 are native American.
- 16,235,305 are Asian.
- 546,255 are native hawaiian or other pacific islanders.
- 14,865,258 are "some other race".

So genociding all those folks (Are we clearing Hawaii too or nah?) leaves you with 232,943,055 white people.

But wait! There are 35,684,777 white Hispanic folks also! That brings the number of remaining white people to 197,238,278. The number to be genocided?

119,276,743. 

Mao couldn't even put up those numbers. And that's before we even get into which white people get to stay. 33.3 million Americans claim Irish ancestry, 50 million German, 15.7 million Italian, and 1.3-3 million Greek, depending on who you ask. What's another 100,000,000 though?

Saying nothing of Americans of Arabic or Jewish ancestry. They're considered white by the census bureau, by the way, so maybe the white nationalists have a system for identifying them.

Who goes?

Not simply a question of the opposite of who stays, at all. Sure, many people may flee this potential genocide. Many have already fled as Trump has become more and more vocal about his hatred of minorities in general. Surely, more will follow. But will they follow in significant numbers? 

From 1933 until 1941, when the Nazis made emigration illegal for Jews,the Jewish population of Germany shrank from 523,000 to around 163,000. The main rush came, unsurprisingly in 1938, Jews in large numbers fled both Germany and now annexed Austria. The resulting refugee crisis was met with indifference from the rest of the world. 

Eight years. From 523,000 to 163,000. So 31% of German Jews remained in Germany despite the Nazis clear hatred of them. 31% of 119,276,743 is 36,975,790. So even if the "soft genocide" that Richard Spencer is pushing were to be at least as successful as the Nazis not at all soft genocide there would still be 37 million people left in this country that would need to be "hard genocided", if you will. 

Additionally, there are 18.8 million veterans in the United States as of 2015. Roughly 20% of which are not white.

Which brings us neatly to...

Who dies?

Well, it's either this - The 37 million Americans that decide to stay and fight the neo-fascists or it's the neo-fascists themselves. I'd like to believe that the remaining 197,238,278 white people in America (assuming the Irish, German, Italian, Greek, Arab, and Jewish whites are spared) would not be keen on such a vast and brutal genocide. In 1940, in Nazi Germany, about 9 percent of German adults belonged to the party. 9 percent of the remaining US population after this soft genocide would then be 17,751,445. Roughly nineteen million less than the minority population that didn't leave. A minority population hardened by systematic, open, blatant, vicious oppression, and persecution.

Better pump up those numbers, Pepe. You ain't gonna make it.

I've designated this week WHITE GENOCIDE WEEK! in honor of the false and dangerous narrative being pushed anew by white supremacists on twitter and beyond.

I've written about white genocide previously. Without revisiting the entire piece, white genocide is a conspiracy theory created by a far right criminal that died in prison. Alan Berg, his victim, was a radio talk show host in Denver.

Berg’s slaying marked an early signpost on the road that led to the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, said Mark Potok, director of the Intelligence Project at the Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Ala.

 “In a sense, it was one of the opening shots of a truly revolutionary radical right,” he said, “perfectly willing to countenance the mass murder of American civilians for their cause.”

Ignoring the fact that it was popularized, if not wholly invented, by a career thug, a racist redneck remnant of good old all American hatred, that died in prison,  (No, Bob Whitaker didn't invent white genocide. He was just the last famous guy that screamed about it. Thankfully, he's dead too. Not before he endorsed Trump for president, though! Oh, and then turned against him because he wasn't racist enough.), white genocide hinges on one simple idea: That the US's increase of brown immigration and breeding, and the lack of white immigration and breeding, is a deliberate and malicious act. That it is a master plan of THE JEWS! to minimize "white culture" and destroy the "white race". 

But what is "white culture"?

What is the "white race"?

"White culture" makes even less sense. Modern American culture, whether you like it or not, is multicultural. Jimi Hendrix, Miles Davis, Maya Angelou, B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Countee Cullen, Ella Fitzgerald, Frederick Douglass, Buddy guy, W.C. Handy... Are these not purveyors of American culture? Are Crispus Attucks and Freddie Stowers not American heroes? Is Spike Lee not an American director? Is Sam Gilliam not an American artist? Was George Washington Carver (who did NOT invent peanut butter) not an American inventor? American culture is not now, nor has it ever been, "white culture". 

A few hundred years ago, the whole "white race" thing didn't even exist. The idea came about right about the same time as the race based slavery. This is, to separate themselves from the people that they were murdering, raping, and enslaving, light skinned Europeans began to call themselves the white race. Why? Well, because it's a lot easier to whip a man as though he's a dog when you pretend that he is one. 

Additionally, the United States is not now, nor has it ever been, a "white" country. The first African recorded to set foot on this land did so in 1513. Too bad that he never found that fountain of youth or he'd be around today to tell you all about it. Also, I'm not sure if you are aware, but there were actually people here already when the settlers showed up. 

Spoiler alert: They weren't white!

Why write about this? Because they want me dead. Because I AM white genocide. Because my kids deserve to grow up without fear. So do yours.

FUCK CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS (FUCK HIM)

I don't know what right wing America's sudden fixation is with Christopher Columbus but it's really annoying to me. For some reason, conservatives are painting him as some sort of hero. Someone literally just said to me "You'd be nowhere without Columbus"...? Well, actually, let me quote him accurately. What he actually said was "U r an idiot..u would b nowhere without Christopher Columbus". Now, obviously this guy is a moron, I'm not too worried about him, but there really is this strange hero worship thing going on that I just do not understand.

Mainly, because Christopher Columbus was a massive cunt.

Let's set some things straight.

1. Columbus did not "discover" America. 

First of all, Columbus did not set foot in North America. Never. Did not happen. He explored the central and south American coasts, and only a tiny bit of those, and landed on various Caribbean islands. Leif Erikson discovered North America. 500 years earlier. Columbus has nothing to do with the existence of the United States of America.

2. Columbus was a massive cunt.

Besides being a gold crazed lunatic, that is. He required that all natives in this new world, natives he called pig-nosed savages and whom he said would make excellent slaves, mine gold for him. If they refused to do so, he would remove their ears or their head, depending on his mood. If they accepted they were given quotas to meet. If they then failed to meet said quota he would cut off their hands, tie them together, and hang them around their neck while they bled to death. It's estimated that he did that to some 10,000 natives.

3. Columbus sold little girls as sex slaves.

This doesn't need anything but a quote from Columbus. He wrote this in the year 1500:

“A hundred castellanoes are as easily obtained for a woman as for a farm, and it is very general and there are plenty of dealers who go about looking for girls; those from nine to ten are now in demand.”

4. Columbus sold natives as dog food. Seriously.

On his second trip to the New World, Columbus brought cannons and attack dogs. If a native resisted slavery, he would cut off a nose or an ear. If slaves tried to escape, Columbus had them burned alive. Other times, he sent attack dogs to hunt them down, and the dogs would tear off the arms and legs of the screaming natives while they were still alive. What is going on?

Y'all, what is going on?

This country is supposed to be all about free speech. We're so about free speech that a week ago I was arguing with people that thought it was ok for Nazis to march through our streets because it's their right as Americans. Why am I now arguing with those same people that men should be allowed to kneel down during the anthem? Are you a free speech absolutist? Or are you a fascist? Or do you agree that there is middle ground and only certain speech is protected?

What is going on?

The rules keep changing depending on who we are talking about. White men are allowed to march through the streets screaming about Jews while black men are attacked for protesting MURDER. I don't even fully understand the contraversy, honestly. Are black people more likely to be murdered by the police than white people? Yes. It's an absolute fact. Why then is caring about this fact an outrageous act? Would there be an uproar if a vegan rookie QB from California took a knee to protest the wanton killing of livestock? If a white kid sat for the anthem to show his disapproval of the mass amounts of alcohol being consumed during his performance? What protests would be acceptable and, more importantly, who are they acceptable for?

If they just came clean about the rules perhaps we could follow them. What black people are allowed to speak out about injustice? Only the poor or only the rich? Does shade matter? Perhaps Kaepernick was a little too white to speak on black issues. I know shade matters to some but I'm not sure that it's a valid indicator of your importance within the community.

Does it matter if you're a veteran? I'm a vet and I think they should absolutely be able to take a knee for the anthem. Or stand. Or sign autographs. Or buy nachos. Talk to a cheerleader. You know, like they used to until it became mandatory to pledge fealty to the flag, and by extension the emperor, before the televised sporting event. Maybe after they play the anthem they could play a song for our dear leader? God knows, that ego needs the stroking.

Is anyone else as concerned as me by how blatantly racist this whole thing has been? White people all over America that were cheering these men's names and buying their kids their jerseys last week are now calling them anti-American thugs. Ungrateful, spoiled babies. Now, last week's sports heroes are criminal assholes.

"America isn't racist," they tell them, "you are.".

"Shut up and play, boy."

How can I possibly enjoy football knowing that those men on that screen, smashing the sense out of their brains for my entertainment and their love of the game, are nothing more than modern day slaves? We cheer them until they're used up, worn out, broken, and put them out to pasture. They die a little for us every Sunday and in return we demand that they keep their fucking mouths shut and do their job quietly.

"They should be grateful for what America did for them." 

As if they were handed their spot in the NFL and haven't worked their entire lives to get there. They get paid, sure, but they aren't wealthy. They're just rich. I think we all know the difference by now.

Taking a knee does more damage to your career in the NFL than beating the shit out of your wife, kid, neighbor, or any random person that happens to stumble across your path. Than drowning dogs or gun possession. Than drug charges or possession. Than rape. Than murder.

Why?

"Shut up and play, boy."

"Get back out on that field, nigger."

"Their owners should fire them. Those sons of bitches."

The Left Said What? (No, We Didn't)

Let's start with this simple sentiment - I do not think Republicans deserve to be shot. You'd think that this would be a given. I don't think I've ever said anything to the contrary and if I've ever said anything that made you doubt that I feel this way let me assure you that I do not. I do not want right wingers to die. I want you to read.

My current argument, oddly enough, is about the shooting of Steve Scalise, Matt Mika, Zack Barth, David Bailey and Crystal Griner. Everyone is aware by now, I'm sure, of the shooting that occurred on June 14th of this year at a practice for the annual congressional baseball game. Some people, for obvious reasons, are continuing to attempt to push the narrative that "The Left" cried in unison at the time of the shooting, and after, that he deserved to be shot. I strongly contest this. Strongly. For one, I'm on the left and this was my response:

A response that was liked by fellow leftists, 13 likes isn't bad for my humble little twitter account, and that no one argued with. So either we aren't actually leftists or this immediately disproves this false narrative of "The Left"'s response to the shooting. For the sake of putting this argument completely to bed, however, let's dig a little deeper.

Who are they claiming said he deserved to be shot?

Joy Ann Reid, for one. They continue to link this "article", from right wing rag The Daily Wire, as proof of this. Not so fast, though. Here's what she actually said:

Well, gee whiz, that's not saying he got what he deserved, is it? That's saying that he was against things that might have stopped him from being shot, which is true, and for things that hurt the person that helped him, which is also true. Nowhere does she ever say that he deserved it. Fake news.

A "Democratic operative", James Devine, posted this on Facebook:

“We are in a war with selfish, foolish & narcissistic rich people. Why is it a shock when things turn violent?” Devine posted on social media, ending the message with the hashtag: #HuntRepublicanCongressmen

A - I've literally never heard of this James Devine guy until he said this bullshit. B - I responded to questions about it like this:

Who else said "He deserved it!"? Well, according to this Fox News OPINION PIECE, Scott Pelley, who I do not watch, of CBS, that I do not watch, did.

It's time to ask whether the attack on the United States Congress, yesterday, was foreseeable, predictable and, to some degree, self-inflicted.

Too many leaders, and political commentators, who set an example for us to follow, have led us into an abyss of violent rhetoric which, it should be no surprise, has led to violence.

Yesterday was not the first time.

In December last year, a man with an assault rifle stormed into a Washington-area pizzeria to free child sex slaves whom Hillary Clinton was holding there -- or at least that's what political blog sites had said. He fired into a locked door to discover no children in chains.

Sen. Bernie Sanders has called the president the "most dangerous in history." The shooter yesterday was a Sanders volunteer.

You might think that no sane person would act on political hate speech, and you'd be right. Trouble is, there are a lot of Americans who struggle with mental illness.

In February, the president tweeted that the news media were the "enemy of the American people":

The FAKE NEWS media (failing @nytimes, @NBCNews, @ABC, @CBS, @CNN) is not my enemy, it is the enemy of the American People!

Later, at a lunch for reporters, President Trump was asked whether he worried that language would incite violence. His pause indicated it had never crossed his mind. Then he said, "No, that doesn't worry me."

As children we're taught, "Words will never hurt me." But when you think about it, violence almost always begins with words. In "Twitter world," we've come to believe that our first thought is our best thought.

It's past time for all of us -- presidents, politicians, reporters, citizens, all of us -- to pause to think again.

Does that say he deserved to be shot? It doesn't read that way to me. Then again, I'm not trying really hard to make it read that way. 

Anyone else? A whole gang of people apparently. That article is purely misleading. It starts with a couple of really bad tweets from some guy named Jesse Benne, who I've never heard of, and ends in this tweet taken completely out of context:

Oh gosh, oh jeez. Why would he say that?!

Oh. Wow. It's almost like context matters or something. Note also, for the record, that I don't follow this guy. This guy that is "The Left". 

So... A bunch of out of context tweets that are being misrepresented and a Democrat nobody no one has ever heard of. Oh! And a guy that got fired for saying it. 

Hmm. Seems like this is an entirely false narrative. Who'da thunk it? 

No one that I've been arguing with will even read this, most likely, because, when I called their bullshit articles bullshit articles, half of them blocked me. Typical.

If any of this is unclear I'll conclude with this; If you believe that Republicans deserve to be shot, stabbed, or burned at the stake, then we are not alike. Unfollow. Don't read my shit. Kick rocks. I do not agree. I completely reject this and everyone I take seriously does as well. 

Pretty sure I'm not going to lose any followers or readers, though, because the majority of "The Left" knows better.
